Max Ocampo is Prosud's CFO. Commercial Engineer by profession and MBA, he delivers his knowledge, collaboration and experience to serve the different teams of the company. He has a vast professional background, having worked in different industries such as air transport, retail, agricultural marketing and export, as well as manufacturing. He has led process optimization projects, focusing on continuous improvement; he develops innovation, creativity, high problem-solving capacity in the teams, generating in them a high commitment, performance and autonomy.
At Prosud, she is responsible for the financial function, ensuring compliance with the company's strategy, growth and profitability. She establishes and motivates the achievement of the different indicators at a transversal level, maintaining constant communication with each of the managers and members of their teams.
